J.J. Watt finger dislocation an open injury-Dr. Parekh

Reports suggest J.J. Watt’s finger dislocation was an open injury. It’s usually requires a trip to the operating room to wash it out and close it up. It would need to be watched carefully for infection. He should be allowed to play this week as long as there is stability in the joint. Otherwise he could be out for two to four weeks.
