Hector Santiago headed for an MRI on shoulder-Dr. Morse

Minnesota Twins Hector Santiago  has been placed on the disabled list for the left shoulder strain. He is now headed for an MRI back in Minneapolis which is obviously concerning as it will put him out conservatively for another 2 to 4 weeks. Depending on what the MRI shows he will possibly need anti-inflammatory injections, and rehab. Conversely, if the MRI shows significant injury, he could miss extended time. In any case, updates will be provided here.
