Update: Williams has been diagnosed with a dislocated elbow. With an elbow dislocation, you are always concerned about ligament damage and even a possible break of the elbow. If elbow is unstable once it is put back into place, ligament damage could require surgery. This could keep him out for 6-8 months.

Looks like an elbow dislocation or a break. If it is a dislocation could miss up to two months. If it is a break could miss two to three months. Surgery would be likely necessary for the break. For the dislocation, can sometimes be put into place without surgery. However, often times it is associated with a break.
